About Me
I hold a Bachelor's degree (LLB Hons) in Law and French, and a Master's degree (LLM) in Human Rights Law from the University of Edinburgh. I am also a TEFL-qualified English teacher and am preparing for the CIOL Qualifications Level 6 Certificate in Translation.
After an education in law and languages, I pursued a career in the humanitarian sector and worked for several NGOs in a variety of roles, including the International AIDS Society and Médecins du Monde, before setting up my own business in language services.
I am an experienced French to English translator and am passionate about providing accurate, quality language services to my clients. Through my studies, experience, and having lived in francophone countries since 2012, I have acquired an in-depth understanding of the French language and the subtleties required for clear and readable translations.
